Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

By this Writ Petition, the petitioner has prayed for writ of mandamus commanding respondents 2 and 3 to give adequate and effective police protection to the life of the petitioner against respondents 4 and 5. Petitioner has already preferred Ext. P2 complaint before the third respondent Sub Inspector of Police, Sakthikulangara Police Station.

3. Learned State Attorney submits that on the basis of the

W.P. (C ) No. 466 of 2015 - L said complaint, parties were summoned to police Station on 30th December 2014, and on which date they did not appear. Again on 7th January, 2015 is fixed for appearance of the parties. Since the police have already taken into consideration the complaints and has taken steps, we see no reason to issue any further direction. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed.
