The petitioners have approached the Government through Ext.P1 lawyer notice seeking remuneration for collecting tax at their own expenses and remitting the same to the State. The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the State to consider Ext.P1.
2. After hearing both sides, I am of the view that, the petitioners have to make a proper representation before the 2nd respondent. If such a representation is made within a period of one month from today, appropriate decision shall be taken in the matter by the State after issuing notice to the petitioners within a further period of three months.
This writ petition is disposed of as above.
