Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.
By this Writ Petition, the petitioner has prayed for a mandamus directing the first respondent to provide adequate and sufficient police protection to the life of the petitioner enabling her to reside in her parental home, without any fear and danger from respondents 2 and 3. Respondent No. 2 is the husband and respondent No. 3 is the mother-in-law of the petitioner. From the allegations in the Writ Petition itself it appears
W.P. (C ) No. 516 of 2015 - L that there is matrimonial dispute between the parties. Petitioner may take appropriate remedy as provided under law before the competent Magistrate. No case is made out in this Writ Petition for issuing any direction as prayed for. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed.
