J U D G M E N T

The petitioner seeks consideration for extra time in the examinations which is proposed to be commenced on 09.01.2015. The petitioner is afflicted by a Specific Learning Disorder as certified by an approved medical practitioner evidenced at Ext.P1. The petitioner had applied for consideration as per Ext.P2 regulations as early as on November 2014, by Ext.P1, before the University. The University seems to have not taken a decision till now. Considering the fact that the petitioners claim is supported by a medical certificate, it is only proper that the petitioner be granted extra time as provided in the regulations, in the examinations scheduled to commence from 09.01.2015. The writ petition would stand disposed of.
