JUDGMENT

The petitioner has submitted Exts. P6 and P8 representations objecting to the proposed acquisition of its land. The same are pending consideration with the second respondent Land Acquisition Officer. The petitioner seeks an early consideration of the same in the circumstances of the case.

I direct the second respondent to consider Exts. P6 and P8 representations with notice to the petitioner. The needful shall be done within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of.
