JUDGMENT

The petitioner was appointed as a delegate of the fourth respondent society to the third respondent Apex Bank. The grievance is that such delegation was withdrawn unjustifiably behind his back. It appears that another person was appointed as the delegate by Ext. P3 resolution of the fourth respondent society.

The petitioner has in this regard submitted Ext. P4 complaint to the second respondent Deputy Director. I direct the second respondent to consider Ext. P4 complaint with notice to the petitioner and respondents 3 to 5. The needful shall be done within a period of one month from the date of production of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of.
