JUDGMENT

The grievance of the petitioners is that milk is not collected from their homes and farms by the second respondent Milk Producers Society. The petitioners rely on Ext.P2 enquiry report submitted by the Quality Control Officer of the Dairy Development Department in this regard.

Ext.P1 complaint submitted by the petitioners is pending consideration with the first respondent. I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P1 complaint with notice to the petitioners and respondents 2 and 3. The needful shall be done within a period of two months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
