JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:

"1. To issue a writ of mandamus commanding 1st respondent to accept Ext.P4 and pass order as expeditiously as possible at any rate within a time limit to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Such other prayers that may be deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

2. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well.

3. After hearing both the sides, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P4 preferred by the petitioner, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the 2nd respondent, as expeditiously as possible, at the earliest, at any rate, within 'two months' from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
