JUDGMENT

The petitioner approached this Court on account of nonimplementation of Ext.P1 transfer order transferring the petitioner from Pallivasal to Bhoothathankettu under the Kerala State Electricity Board Limited.

It is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that on account of non-availability of substitute to the petitioner, they are unable to implement the order of transfer. Considering the facts and circumstances, the Board shall relieve the petitioner from the present station within two weeks to enable her to join Bhoothathankettu from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
