JUDGMENT
The first respondent Society though served by Special Messenger has not entered appearance. The petitioners seek easy instalments to pay the amount due to the society. They also seek to defer the proceedings for the sale in the meanwhile.

The coercive steps pursuant to Ext.P1 notice shall be put on hold if the petitioners complies with the conditions in time. The coercive steps at the instance of the first respondent society can continue if the petitioners commit default in any one of the instalments.
