JUDGMENT

The petitioner seeks to reckon the period of leave without allowances as qualifying service for the purpose of pension. Ext. P5 representation put in by the petitioner in this regard is pending consideration with the respondent. 2.

I direct the respondent to consider Ext. P5 representation with notice to the petitioner. Every endeavour shall be made to pass orders thereon within a period of three months.
