JUDGMENT

The petitioner has applied for the reissuance of temporary permit for the vehicle bearing No.KL 6/B 8285 on the route Cheppukulam SCI Church - Vaikom in the vacancy of vehicle bearing No.KL 6/C 9627 by Ext.P1. The petitioner prays for a direction to the respondent authority for the consideration of Ext.P1.

2. If vacancy of stage carriage bearing registration No.KL 6/C 9627 is still in existence and no other person has applied for a temporary permit to operate a stage carriage in that vacancy, there shall be a direction to the respondent to issue a temporary permit of four months duration within one week from the date of production of a copy of this judgment by passing appropriate orders on Ext.P1. Needless to say,

WP(C).865/15 such issuance of temporary permit will be subject to the preferential claim, if any.

Writ petition disposed of.
