J U D G M E N T

The Petitioner, owner of a stage carriage bearing registration No.KL-08-AH-1000, applied for temporary permit on the route Manalaya Harijan ColonyPattambi in the vacancy of stage carriage bearing registration No.KL-53-3221 by Ext.P1. The petitioner prays for issuance of temporary permit to the petitioner's stage carriage No.KL-08-AH-1000 on the route Manalaya Harijan Colony-Pattambi in the vacant timings of stage carriage bearing No.KL-53-3221.

2. If vacancy of stage carriage bearing registration No. KL -53-3221 is still in existence and no other person has applied for a temporary permit to operate a stage carriage in that vacancy, there will be a direction to the respondent to consider the application for temporary permit and issue the same; if there is no legal impediment,

WP(C) 888/2015 within three weeks from the date of production of a copy of this judgment by passing appropriate orders on Ext.P1. Needless to say, while considering the application as stated above, the preferential claim, if any, shall also be considered.

Writ petition disposed of as above.
