JUDGMENT

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned State Attorney appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4. No notice is being issued to the 5th and 6th respondents in view of the order which is being passed.
2. By this writ petition the petitioner has prayed for a mandamus directing respondents 2 to 4 to grant adequate protection to the life of the petitioner from respondents 5 and
6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a complaint was submitted by the petitioner to the police authorities regarding threats and abuses made by respondents. Learned counsel for 5th and 6th respondents deny the said incident.
3. Learned State Attorney after obtaining instruction submitted that after receipt of the complaint of petitioner, respondent Nos.5 and 6 were called to the police station and warned them. He further submits that as and when any offence is committed or there is attempt to commit any
WP(C) No. 920 of 2015 -:2:- offence, it is always open for the petitioner to file a complaint before the Police which shall be looked into in accordance with law.
In view of the above submission of learned State Attorney, we close this Writ Petition.
