J U D G M E N T
The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:
"i) To call for the records leading Exhibit-P2 and to issue a writ of mandamus or order commanding the 2nd respondent to correct the wrong entry in relation to the land of the petitioner in the Data Bank and note the land of the petitioner as a garden land.
ii) To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext-P2, in accordance with law, after conducting a physical verification of the land of the petitioner and to make necessary corrections in the data bank within the time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 2.
Heard the learned Government Pleader as well. 3.
Considering the limited extent of relief sought for, this Court does not find it necessary to consider the merit of the case. The writ petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P2, in accordance with law, after conducting site inspection to ascertain the nature and position of the land and make necessary corrections in the
WP(c). No.958 of 2015 relevant Registers. It shall be done at the earliest, at any rate, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment along with a copy of this writ petition before the 2nd respondent for further steps.
