JUDGMENT

On 02.09.2015, when the matter was listed, none appeared for the petitioners. In view of the fact that there was a Harthal on the said day, the Court adjourned the matter to 08.09.2015 when, once again, none appeared for the petitioners. Finally, with a view to giving one more opportunity, this Court had the matter listed for this day, under the caption 'disposal'.
