J U D G M E N T
The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:
"(i) to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction commanding the 2nd respondent to give effect to the direction of the 1st respondent in Ext.P1 order;
(ii) in the alternative, to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction commanding the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 letter of the petitioner within a time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court;" 2.
Heard the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

Considering the limited relief sought for, this Court does not find it necessary to go in to the merits of the case. The writ petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P1, in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and also to respondents 3 to 7, at the earliest, at any
WP(c). No.992 of 2015 rate, within a period of 'three months' from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment along with a copy of this writ petition before the 2nd respondent for further steps.
