J U D G M E N T

The petitioner was earlier working in the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation. The petitioner has now joined the services of the Kerala Water Authority. The petitioner seeks to continue in the statutory pension of the Kerala Water Authority. The petitioner relies on Ext.P3 Government Order and has submitted Ext.P4 representation to the first respondent.

2. I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P4 representation with notice to the petitioner. The needful shall be done within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The service book of the petitioner shall be forwarded to the fourth respondent after the representation is disposed of as directed above. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
