JUDGMENT

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.
2. The petitioner's allegation is that the Forest officials are harassing the petitioner by calling the petitioner to police station with regard to a crime registered against his brother, in which the petitioner has nothing to do.
3. The learned Government Pleader, after obtaining instruction, submits that a wild life crime has been registered against the petitioner's brother and to know the whereabouts of the petitioner's brother, he was called to the police station. He further submits that no harassment has been meted to the petitioner, except making enquiry from the petitioner.
WP(C).1013/15 We do not find that it is a case of harassment by Forest officials. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is closed.
