J U D G M E N T

The petitioners were disqualified from appearing in the M.Tech IVth semester examination, only by reason of their having not obtained SGPA of '6' for the End Semester Examination. However, if they have obtained the minimum grade required for a pass in the individual subjects, following the judgment dated 12.11.2014 in W.P.(C).5205 of 2014 and connected cases, this Court directs that the petitioners' application shall be accepted and the petitioners permitted to remit the fees. The petitioners shall also be permitted to appear in the IVth semester M.Tech examination, however, subject to the final decision of the Vice Chancellor, as to whether the petitioners have qualified as per the afore cited judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of.
