The petitioner's team participated in the event 'Sangha Nritham' (for girls) in the Kannur Revenue District School Kalolsavam 2014-15 . The case of the petitioner is that though they could perform well in the event, while performing, one member of their team slipped down on the stage, as a result of which they were sidelined and placed in the third position. Though an appeal was filed, the same came to be rejected by a cryptic order, without properly analysing the contention raised in the appeal.

2. The learned Government Pleader, on instruction, submits that there is absolutely no merit or bonafides in the plea raised from the part of the petitioner . It is added that Ext.P3 order of the appeal Committee is a speaking order giving all the particulars. It is also stated that there is a substantial difference of '17' marks between the petitioner's team and the first prize winner's team and that all the judges were duly qualified and experienced to evaluate the event. No technical defect or mistake

W.P.(C)No.1101 OF 2015 was reported at any point of time. This Court does not find any reason to call for interference. The writ petition is dismissed. P.R.RAMACHANDRA MENON JUDGE lk
