The petitioner has approached this Court with a prayer to direct the respondent to re-issue temporary permit to the petitioner's stage carriage bearing No. KL-38/3366 on the route Erattil - Madathara.
2. If no other person having a better claim has applied for the same, there will be a direction to the respondent to re-issue temporary permit of four months duration within a week from today, by passing appropriate orders on Ext.P1, if there is no other impediment in law. Needless to say, such re-issuance of temporary permit will be subject to any preferential claim.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
