JUDGMENT

The petitioner's grievance in the above writ petition was with respect to the denial of permission to write an improvement examination. It is brought on record by the University that the Vice-Chancellor had permitted such participation by Exhibit R1(a). In such circumstance, nothing survives in the writ petition and the same is dismissed as infructuous.
