J U D G M E N T

The writ petition has been filed for implementation of Ext.P1 proceedings whereby fresh permit has been granted for the vehicle KL-57/D-9248 on the route Narikkuni - Kunnamangalam - Kumarasamy.

In the above circumstance, there shall be a direction to the respondent to issue the granted permit to the petitioner with a proposed timing with liberty to settle the timings later after hearing the affected parties. The needful shall be done within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
