JUDGMENT

The petitioner approached this Court seeking a direction to the respondent to regularise her appointment under the respondent Corporation.

Admittedly, the petitioner commenced her service as CLR worker. Petitioner submitted that she was not considered among other CLR workers for regularisation. Accordingly, the petitioner approached this Court.

2. In this matter, the Secretary of the 1st respondent Corporation has filed a counter affidavit. It sis submitted that the petitioner's name will be included in the 3rd stage after inviting objection and also after adverting to the relevant documents. That being so, leave open the entire issue, the writ petition is closed recording the statement in the counter affidavit that in the 3rd stage the petitioner's name will be considered for inclusion. The Corporation shall complete the

W.P.(c).No.1293 of 2015 : 2 :

entire exercise for inclusion of CLR workers in the 3rd stage within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
