JUDGMENT

Read order dated 25.10.2000 in C.M.P.No.47911 of 2000: "This is a petition for stay of operation of Ext.P6 order dated 8.9.2000. By Ext.P6 order the District Educational Officer has directed the S.N.D.P. Branch to elect a manager as per rules and School bye-law, within a period of six months from the date of the order. By Ext.P6 order approval is also granted for change of management provisionally in favour of Shri.T.V.Vijayan, who is the fourth respondent in the Original Petition. The fourth respondent has filed a detailed counter affidavit and he has produced the order of the Civil Court as Ext.R4(f). It is stated in Ext.R4(f) that the matter has been settled by the S.N.D.P. Union and the petitioner's management is terminated. In the light of the finding of the Civil Court, I do not find any reason to continue the stay. Stay petition is therefore dismissed".

2. In view of the above order and in the light of the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent that the term of the Manager was for a specific period, the Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Sd/- K.Vinod Chandran Judge.
