JUDGMENT
The respondents assured before me that the retiral benefits and the pension would be disbursed scrupulously following the norms. It is submitted that the norms have been finalised pursuant to the judgment of this court in various writ petitions. 2.
I permit the petitioner to submit a detailed representation to the third respondent within two weeks from today. Such representation shall be dealt with by the third respondent within four weeks therefrom after notice to the petitioner. Orders shall be passed thereon and follow up steps taken to ensure that the retiral benefits and pension are disbursed to the petitioner without further delay. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
