JUDGMENT
The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayer:
"Issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ order or direction, directing the first respondent to issue sufficient P forms to the petitioner for transporting ordinary sand extracting on the strength of Ext.P2 permit." The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner has also been projected by way of Ext.P3 st respondent and the prayer is application preferred before the 1 only to cause the same to be considered and disposed of within a reasonable time.
2. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well, who points out that, Ext.P2 permit will expire on 2.2.2015.
3. Considering the limited nature of relief sought for, the st respondent to writ petition is disposed of, directing the 1 consider Ext.P3 and issue necessary P-Form, confining the validity to be in conformity with Ext.P2 permit. The proceedings
W.P.C. No. 1309 of 2015 -2as above shall be finalized at the earliest, at any rate, within 'one week' from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the judgment along st respondent for with a copy of the writ petition before the 1 further steps. The writ petition is disposed of. P.R.
