JUDGMENT

All that the petitioner prays is for easy instalments to pay the amount due to the respondent bank and to defer the execution proceedings in the meanwhile. I permit the petitioner to pay the total amount due in six equal monthly instalments starting from 16.02.2015.

The coercive steps pursuant to Exts. P1 and P2 notices shall be put on hold if the petitioner complies with the conditions in time. The coercive steps can be continued by the respondent bank if the petitioner commits default in the payment of any one of the instalments as directed above. The respondent bank is also free to apply for review of this judgment if aggrieved by the instalment facility granted. The writ petition is disposed of.
