JUDGMENT

The entitlement of the monetary benefits during the period of suspension of the petitioner is in dispute. A.R.C. No. 21/2011 filed by the petitioner in this regard is pending on the file of the Co-operative Arbitration Court, Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram. The petitioner seeks an early consideration of the same citing his old age as a reason. 2.

I direct the Co-operative Arbitration Court, Thiruvananthapuram to dispose of A.R.C. No. 21/2011 on its file at the earliest. Every endeavour shall be made to take the proceedings to a logical end within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The writ petition is disposed of.
