JUDGMENT

The petitioner submits that the license issued to him itself has been suspended, subsequent to the filing of this writ petition. In this writ petition, the petitioner's prayer is for restoration of postal concession. In view of the subsequent developments including cancellation of license, it is submitted that the petitioner would pursue the reliefs resorting to remedies as against the cancellation of license and therefore at present no orders are necessary in this writ petition.

Therefore, this writ petition is closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to seek appropriate action against the impugned order later.
