JUDGMENT

The petitioner had filed this writ petition seeking for a direction to the 3rd respondent to pass appropriate orders in Ext.P1 for reclassifying the land as converted land. A perusal of Ext.P1 indicates that the same has been submitted to the Convenor of the Local Level Monetary Committee. Having regard to the limited nature of relief sought for, this writ petition is disposed of as under: The 3rd respondent being the Convenor of the Local Level Monetary Committee shall take up Ext.P1 and consider the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
