Being aggrieved of Ext.P3 order passed by the second respondent /Sub Collector, the petitioner has already moved the statutory authority (District Collector) by filing Ext.P4, which in fact is a Revision, though styled as appeal. The prayer is to cause the same to be considered and disposed of within a reasonable time.
2. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well.
3. In view of the limited nature of relief sought for and proposed to be given, this Court does not find it necessary to issue notice to the respondents 4 to 6 or to adjudicate the issue on merits. The writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent/District Collector to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P4 after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 6 as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Ext.P5 application for interim stay shall be considered and appropriate orders shall be passed within two weeks.
W.P.(C)No.1464 OF 2015 The petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition before the first respondent for further steps.
