JUDGMENT
The petitioner has filed Ext. P1 representation with the second respondent. The petitioner seeks the benefit of one time settlement scheme. The petitioner also wants easy instalments to pay the amount so arrived at.

I direct the second respondent to consider Ext. P1 representation with notice to the petitioner. The needful shall be done within a period of one month from the date of production of a copy of this judgment.
