J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is concerned with the disposal of Ext.P1 application for transfer of Management. The Director of Public Instructions has filed a statement, in which it is pointed out that there are umpteen number of defects in the application and without rectifying the defects, the same cannot be considered. The petitioner has now filed an application curing the defects as is indicated at Ext.P6. If the defects are cured, the respondent shall consider the application at any rate, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment after affording an opportunity of hearing. It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on merits. The writ petition is disposed of.
