J U D G M E N T
The petitioner has submitted Ext.P5 representation and the same is pending consideration with the first respondent. The issue relates to reckoning of qualifying service for pension in the light of Exts.P2 and P3 judgments. The periods spent on leave without allowance has to be computed according to the petitioner.
2. I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P5 representation with notice to the petitioner. The needful shall be done within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
