JUDGMENT

The petitioner only seeks expeditious consideration of a regular Stage Carriage permit application filed on 28.01.2014. In the circumstances of the application having been filed almost an year back it is only proper that the same be placed before the RTA expeditiously, if possible, in the next RTA meeting itself which is to be convened on 29.01.2015.

With the above direction the writ petition is disposed of.
