J U D G M E N T

The petitioner has approached this Court with a prayer to direct the respondent to re-issue temporary permit, which is valid till 17.01.2014, to the petitioner's stage carriage bearing registration No.KL-10 L 165 on the route Mulanjoor-Manjeri.

2. If no other person having a better claim has applied for the same, there will be a direction to the respondent to issue a temporary permit of four months duration within a week from the date of production of this judgment by passing appropriate order on Ext.P2. Needless to say, such re-issuance of temporary permit will be subject to any preferential claim.

Writ petition is disposed of as above.
