JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayer:

"Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the 2nd respondent to take up Ext.P4 and to take a final decision re-allotting the river sand quota of 1200 ton allotted to 'Sharath Kadavu' to other collection centre for deploying the employees under the petitioners union to other Kadavu within the 3rd respondent Panchayath as decided as per Ext.P3."

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the grievance of the petitioner has also been projected by way of Ext.P4 nd respondent representation pending consideration before the 2 and the prayer is only to cause the same to be considered and disposed of within a reasonable time.

2. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well.

3. Considering the limited nature of relief sought for, this Court does not find it necessary to go into the merits of the case. nd respondent to The writ petition is disposed of, directing the 2

W.P.C. No. 1583 of 2015 -2consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P4 representation in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, third respondent and other affected parties, if any, at the earliest, at any rate, within 'one month' from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The petitioner shall produce a copy of the judgment along nd respondent for with a copy of the writ petition before the 2 further steps.
