J U D G M E N T
The petitioner is aggrieved by the non-consideration of the regular permit application, which is said to have been adjourned as per Ext.P1. However, neither going by Ext.P1 application nor by the averments, it is discernible as to when the regular permit application was in fact given before the RTA.
In such circumstance, there would be no positive direction to consider the same within a time frame. However, definitely the petitioner's application would have to be considered expeditiously.
The writ petition is disposed of.
