JUDGMENT

The allegation is that the first respondent bank is appointing more staff than what is required. The same is done dehors the staff pattern and unmindful of financial position. The petitioner has in this regard submitted Ext.P3 representation with the third respondent.

The third respondent is well competent to deal with Ext.P3 representation in accordance with Section 66A of the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act. The third respondent shall deal with Ext.P3 representation with notice to the petitioner and the first respondent bank.

The needful shall be done within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Any appointment made in the first respondent bank in the meanwhile will be subject to the orders passed on Ext.P3 representation as directed above.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
