J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is the holder of Ext.P1 permit for constructing residential building in his property. For the purpose of construction, he has to remove and transport some portion of earth, for which he requires 'P Forms'.

In the light of Ext.P2 G.O. there shall be a direction to the Geologist to issue P Forms, after being satisfied about the genuineness of the petitioner's claim, without insisting for No Objection Certificate from the District Collector. Needful shall be done within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
