JUDGMENT

The petitioners confine their relief to easy instalments to pay the amount due to the second respondent bank. I permit the petitioners to pay the balance amount due in eight equal monthly instalments starting from 30.04.2015.

The coercive steps pursuant to Ext.P2 notice shall be put on hold if the petitioners comply with the conditions in time. The coercive steps shall surge ahead if the petitioners commit default in the payment of any one of the instalments as directed. 3.

The respondents are free to apply for review of this judgment if aggrieved by the instalment facility granted. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
