J U D G M E N T

The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:

"i.

Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P9 complaint filed by the petitioner within such time as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and until then not to enter into final agreement with the 5th respondent regarding the Akshaya Centre, 592 Manikandeswaram. ii.

Issue such other orders, writs or directions as are deemed fit by this Hon'ble Court.

Iii.

Award cost of this proceedings to the petitioners." 2.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the grievance of the petitioner has also been projected by Ext.P9 which is pending consideration before the 1st respondent. The petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is given to the 1st respondent to consider and finalize Ext.P9 within a reasonable time. 3.

Heard the learned Government Pleader as well. 4.

After hearing both sides, this writ petition is disposed

WP(c). No.1677 of 2015 of, directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P9 in accordance with law, with notice to the petitioner, the 5th respondent and other interested parties, if any. It shall be done as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of 'six' weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment along with a copy of this writ petition before the 1st respondent for further steps.
