JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers :

"i. To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the 1st respondent to consider Ext.P4 representation and pass appropriate orders within a time frame to be fixed by this Honourable Court; ii. To grant such other and further reliefs deemed fit to be granted by this Honourable Court in the facts and circumstances of the above case.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner has already been projected by way Ext. P4, which is pending consideration before the first respondent and that the petitioner will be satisfied, if a direction is given to the said respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext. P4 representation within a reasonable time.

3. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well.

4. Considering the limited nature of relief sought for, this Court does not find it necessary to adjudicate the matter on merits. The Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the first respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext. P4 representation, in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, at the earliest, at any rate, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

Petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment along with copy of the writ petition before the first respondent for further steps.
