JUDGMENT

Ashok Bhushan, Ag.C.J.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader. No notice is being issued to the 3rd respondent in view of the order which is being passed.

2. By this writ petition the petitioner has prayed for a mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to provide adequate police protection to the life of the petitioner. Allegations have been made against the 3rd respondent and a complaint, Ext.P2, has already been filed on 18.12.2014.

3. Learned Government Pleader submits that the 3rd respondent is the purchaser of one part of the shop which is in possession of the petitioner and the issue between the parties pertains to civil dispute.

4. Be that as it may, a complaint has been filed before the Station House Officer. The said complaint shall be looked into and appropriate action, if required, shall be taken.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
