JUDGMENT

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned State Attorney. No notice is being issued to the 4th respondent in view of the order which is being passed.

2. By this writ petition the petitioner has prayed for a direction to respondents 1 to 3 to afford effective and meaningful protection to the life and property of the petitioner and his family members. The 4th respondent is the nephew of the petitioner, against whom the petitioner submitted complaints, Exts.P1 and P2. Learned State Attorney submits that on receiving the complaints, the 4th respondent was summoned to the police station and has already been warned.

3. In the facts of the present case we are of the view that the police authority shall keep a vigil on the issue between the petitioner and 4th respondent. We further observe that in the event if any offence is committed or there

WP(C) No. 1775 of 2015 -:2:- is any attempt to commit offence, it is always open for the petitioner to file a complaint before the police authorities which shall be looked into and appropriate action shall be taken. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
