JUDGMENT

nd Being aggrieved of Ext.P4 order passed by the 2 st respondent respondent, the petitioner has already moved the 1 by way of appeal and the prayer is only to cause the same to be considered and disposed of within a reasonable time.

2. When the matter came up for consideration earlier, it was pointed out by the learned Government Pleader that, since the stipulated time for preferring appeal was over, the matter could be considered only by way of revision before the Government. It was in the said circumstance that the petitioner took steps to implead the State in the party array, also producing a copy of the revision petition preferred before the said respondent. The prayer is only to cause the same to be considered and finalized within a reasonable time.

3. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well.

4. After hearing both the sides, the writ petition is disposed th respondent to consider and pass of, directing the additional 7

W.P.C. No.1780 of 2015 -2appropriate orders on Ext.P10 revision petition in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, at the earliest, at any rate, within 'three months' from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The petitioner shall produce a copy of the judgment along with a copy of the writ petition and I.As before the concerned respondent for further steps.
