The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:

"i. Issue writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order directing the respondents to consider Exhibit P3 representation and to dispose the same as per law. ii. Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order directing the 2nd respondent to complete the enquiry into the Exhibit P3 representation as per law by giving due weightage to Exhibit P1 and Exhibit P2.

iii. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, commanding the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of Ext.P4 representation, forthwith;

iv. Such other reliefs which the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

2. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well.

3. Considering the limited extent of relief sought for, this Court does not find it necessary to adjudicate the issue on merits.

4. After hearing both the sides, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P3 preferred by the petitioner, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other interested
