JUDGMENT

The petitioner is aggrieved by Ext.P9 order passed by the 1st respondent, directing the 2nd respondent to keep the order, directing the 4th respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service, in abeyance, till the disposal of the revision filed by the before the 1st respondent. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the above revision, in which Ext.P9 order was passed, was disposed of by order dated 5/10/2013 affirming the order passed by the 2nd respondent. Thus, the challenge against Ext.P9 order has become infructuous.

2. Having regard to the submissions made above,

W.P. (C) No.5552 of 2012 -: 2 :- I find that this matter has become infructuous. So, this writ petition will stand dismissed as infructuous. Sd/- (K. HARILAL, JUDGE) Nan/ //true copy// P.S. to Judge
